Aurélie Hendrickx

Aurélie Hendrickx graduated with a master’s degree in law from the University of Antwerp in 2019. She then started as a doctoral grantee also at the University of Antwerp. During her appointment as a doctoral grantee, she obtained a master after master in notarial studies at the Free University of Brussels in 2023. In February 2024, she obtained her doctoral degree (PhD) in law with a thesis on the normative role of the Court of Cassation in a European layered legal order.

In February 2024, Aurélie joined the Antwerp Bar and joined Omega Law.

Aurélie’s expertise lies mainly in civil procedural law. In addition to regular civil and commercial litigation, she deals with cassation proceedings.
