Lauranne Claus

Lauranne Claus graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Antwerp in 2015. In the same year she joined the bar and Eubelius, first on a full-time basis, and, after her appointment as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Antwerp in 2017, part-time. In 2021 she joined Omega Law, first on a part-time basis and, after the successful completion of her PhD in 2023, full-time.

Lauranne’s expertise lies mainly in procedural law, corporate law and business law. In addition to regular commercial litigation, she deals with cassation proceedings.

In addition to her career as a lawyer, Lauranne is still affiliated with the University of Antwerp. Lauranne publishes in the field of civil procedural law.
